Drift Points — Terms & Conditions

Drift Points is our loyalty rewards program. By taking part, you agree to the terms below. We’ve kept this in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, just ask us at the front desk.

How you join
There’s nothing to sign up for. As long as we have a valid email on file for you, your Drift Points account is created automatically the first time you visit. Accounts update on a weekly basis, so it may take a few days after your first visit for your points to appear.
Each customer may hold one Drift Points account, tied to one email address. Points are not transferable between accounts.

How you earn points
You earn 300 points for every service you book — Contrast & Halo Therapy, Wellness Bath (Beer Bath, Seaweed Bath, or Nordic Ritual), or Massage. This applies equally on any day of the week and to every service type — no service earns more than another.
If you book more than one service in a single visit, each service earns its own points. For example:
• A Loonie Tune Up (Wellness Bath + Contrast & Halo) earns 600 points
• Massage + Contrast & Halo earns 600 points
• Massage + Contrast & Halo + Wellness Bath earns 900 points
Salt Room sessions do not earn Drift Points.

Welcome bonus
New members receive 500 bonus points on their first visit, in addition to whatever they earn from the service itself.

Referral program
Refer a friend and you both earn points:
• You (the referrer) receive 500 points once the friend you referred completes at least one service.
• Your friend (the person referred) receives 500 points when they complete their first service.
Referral bonuses are credited on top of standard points earned from the service itself.

Status tiers
The more you visit, the faster you earn. Your tier is based on your total number of lifetime visits and is applied
automatically:

Once you reach a tier, you keep it — tiers do not drop back down simply because you visit less often for a while.
The only thing that resets your tier is 12 months with no visits at all (see Points Expiry below).

Redeeming your points
500 points = $5 off any service. There’s no minimum spend and no restriction on which service you apply it to. If you have enough points, you can redeem more than once in a single visit (for example, 1,000 points = $10 off). Points cannot be redeemed until your balance reaches at least 500. Drift Points cannot be combined with Drift Away membership credits, and points have no cash value — they can only be redeemed for a discount on services at Drift Away Wellness Spa.

Drift Pass members
If you hold a Drift Away membership, you still earn Drift Points — but only on services you pay for out of pocket.
Sessions covered by your monthly membership credits do not earn points, since your membership already includes significant savings on those visits.

Points expiry
Your points and tier status stay active as long as you visit at least once every 12 months. A single visit — any service — resets your 12-month window and keeps your account fully active.
If 12 consecutive months pass with no visit, your points balance and tier status will reset to zero. We’ll send a reminder email 30 days before this happens, so you have a chance to visit and keep your balance.

Other terms
• Drift Away Wellness Spa may update these terms, the earning rate, tier structure, or redemption value at any
time. We’ll always aim to give reasonable notice of any material change.
• We reserve the right to correct points awarded in error, and to suspend or revoke points obtained through
fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
• Drift Points is valid at Drift Away Wellness Spa (Calgary, AB) only.
• Drift Away Wellness Spa may modify, pause, or discontinue the Drift Points program at any time. If the
program is discontinued, we’ll provide notice and a reasonable window for members to redeem any remaining
balance.
