Quiet Zone Policy

Version 1.0 

Drift Away is a sanctuary of calm. Quiet is part of the therapy: it’s what lets your nervous system switch off between hot and cold. To protect that for every guest, we ask you to follow these guidelines.

1. Whisper throughout the spa
Please keep conversation to a whisper everywhere in the spa, including saunas, steam rooms and the relaxation room. Sharing a room with other guests? Keep it to a whisper or less. A gasp in the cold plunge is always forgiven.

2. Phones stay in your locker
Phones and devices may be used in the lobby only. In the change rooms, phones may be stored or retrieved, but not used for calls, photos, video or playing music. Please keep smartwatches on silent. Personal speakers are not permitted.

3. No photos or video
To protect the privacy of guests in swimwear, photography and recording are not permitted past reception. Want a keepsake? Our lobby rock wall is all yours.

4. We’re here to help
If another guest is disturbing your visit, please let a team member know rather than addressing it yourself.

5. Respecting the space
Our team will offer gentle reminders where needed. Guests who repeatedly disregard this policy will be asked to leave without a refund, as outlined in the Quiet Zone Agreement every guest signs.
