Our gift cards do not expire and remain valid until the full value is used. For security, redemption requires a Drift Away account, verified government photo ID, and a valid credit card on file. We reserve the right to void or suspend the balance if the original purchase transaction is disputed, fraudulent, or voided.
What’s the difference between the cards?
The main difference lies in the amount of credit loaded onto your account. Each card has its own price and corresponds to a specific balance. All cards grant access to all our services without any restrictions — you decide how to spend the funds: massages, baths, saunas, or any other treatments.
Is the card physical or virtual?
All of our cards are virtual, which makes them both convenient and secure. There’s no need to worry about losing or damaging the card. Right after purchase, you’ll receive an email with your virtual card and detailed instructions on how to use it.
Are there any service restrictions on my card?
Your card works for every service at Drift Away Wellness Spa (beer/seaweed baths, massages, saunas, salt rooms). Redemption requires a Drift Away account, a valid credit card on file for incidentals, and verified photo ID that soft-matches the recipient name. We reserve the right to void or suspend the gift card balance if the purchase transaction is disputed, fraudulent, or voided. Gift cards can’t be sold or resold.
Am I the only one who can use the card?
Gift cards are recipient-specific for security reasons. Only the named recipient (soft ID match, e.g., “Jane Smith” vs. “J. Smith”) can use the card. Transfers are allowed with staff approval and require buyer ID verification and the buyer to have an account in good standing with a verified credit card on file. If the original purchase is disputed or flagged as fraudulent, the balance may be voided and any outstanding amount may be charged to the credit card on file.
