In your personal ritual room, you’ll find a warm, mineral-rich bath infused with Epsom salts to soothe muscles, paired with a revitalizing cold plunge to sharpen the mind and boost circulation.

By alternating between hot and cold, you create a “vascular pump” effect. The heat dilates your blood vessels (vasodilation), while the cold constricts them (vasoconstriction). This process flushes out metabolic waste, reduces muscle soreness, and leaves you with a lasting “Nordic glow.”

– Begin your ritual by immersing in the warm Epsom salt bath for 10–15 minutes to relax your muscles and open your pores.
– Move directly into the cold bath for 1–3 minutes, triggering a refreshing cold‑shock response that helps reduce inflammation and elevate mood.
– Settle into the hammock chair for 5–10 minutes, allowing your heart rate to stabilize and your body to reset.
– Repeat this hot‑cold‑rest cycle two to three times with your remaining time to deepen detoxification and amplify the metabolic boost.
